It goes without saying that the most important property of a bulletproof plate is to protect life. There are two important factors which determine the survivability. One is the ability to stop the bullets in accordance to a universal standard, which in our case is the standard set by the US's National Institute of Justice (NIJ 0101.06). The other is the back-surface signature caused by the bullet's impact. This factor must not be overlooked because excessive trauma can caused severe internal damage despite the plate having stopped the bullet.
All our bulletproof plates are tested in accordance to US standard (NIJ 0101.06). Our soft plates are also subjected to fragment test and stab test.
We make it our mission to reduce the weight of our bulletproof plates while maintaining or even improving bullet stoppage and back surface impact. In addition, we continue to test our plates with new types of bullet to ensure that we are up to date with new threats.
